Worst handling ever, full of excuse why they are taking forever to ship out my order. Yeah we are in a pandemic, but it is still no excuse why it's taking almost to weeks to ship. I made order on May 10, they said it would originally take 1-2 day to ship, but due to covid restrictions it will take 3-5. But it's May 18 and they still haven't shipped. They offered to refund me, but is the easy way out. I want my $#*!, I asked if they can expedite my order and they made some lame excuses on how they can't. Dude foreal that's so lazy, I really think they are taking advantage of this pandemic too do less work.

I made an account a few hours ago and made an order. it failed to process my debit card and I tried 2 more times. the 3rd time got stuck on "call in credit card" as the payment method, which is my fault for messing around. I tried to cancel this order but the website couldn't complete the request so I sent them a message to cancel it on their end. I checked my banking statement and noticed they charged me 3 times for the same order that never went through. I checked my trollandtoad account and noticed it gave the same order 3 different order numbers and charged me for each one. the status of those 3 orders are labelled as cancelled. I sent them a message for each of those orders. the experience already made me a little uncomfortable but this just seeing the charges still happen pushed me over the edge. the charges are still pending but I called up my bank to dispute those charges just in case. right now I can only wait 3-4 business days and hopefully it will resolve itself. something like this can't be normal.

Shipping does not start.

Shipping does not start.

Trollandoad is always moving warehouses.
It takes 2~3 weeks to start shipping.
There is no compensation for this.

Not even close to what I ordered

I ordered 80 heroclix figures. I received 13 Yugioh cards. They blamed the mistake on someone outside of the company "switching the packing slips". The packing slip I received said 80 items.
Had to argue with them fkr a few days for a refund. They decided to credit me and I ordered a second time. This time their stock was super limited so I missed out on almost 50% of the characters I ordered originally. I picked all my figures, they took a few days to ship. Then when they finally did ship they sent me an email along with shipping notice, the email said that some of the characters I requested were missing.

How could this company possible be this unorganized? Definitely will not be ordering from them ever again

Absolutely the worst online experience…

Absolutely the worst online experience I’ve had. Took nearly two weeks to get a shipping confirmation. And it’s been nearly a month and still haven’t gotten the cards. Keep feeding me bs as to why. Total scam artists

This is the worse company to buy collectable and trading cards on the market

I got 21 trading cards from troll and toll and they sent me 18 out of the 21 cards wrong it took over one month for them to send me a refund that I didnt even wanna to begin with all I just wanna was my order to be sent to me correctly!
They have no customer service this is the worse company i have ever done business with I called them 3 days strait 5 times a day and nobody ever answered the phone it takes them forever to answer a email back and when they do answer they dont do what they promise you.
This is the last email I sent them if you buy from them get ready to do this for a month:

This is so disappointing I been keeping good communication with you guys on a issue that come from you guys... and your company just keep messing up!
You refunded me what i paid, what about the shipping back to you cost? I sent a receipt with the order with the price that i paid to ship it back to you
This is the worst service I've had on a online order, you guys are incredibly disorganized and your customer service is slow and not good

Please just give me what i paid for Shipping your mistake back to you!

This site and the people are lower than scum

I bought some cards and playmats from them in the past and I thought they were okay. This all changed this past year when I was trying to log in to my account on their site, which I haven't used in years and it told me I had to contact customer service who told me due to a lot of chargebacks and fraud on my account, they can't do business with me. This is amusing, since they were doing business with me just fine on ebay until I sent that inquiry. Now, I can't even buy from them on ebay. I'm honestly failing to see what I did wrong??? I can honestly say I'm your average Joe buyer, not a fraudster with a lot of supposed chargebacks, so I don't know what drugs Troll And Toad are on >_> (with heavy emphasis on troll, because that's exactly what they are). People are much better off doing their business elsewhere... you wouldn't want to be suddenly locked out of your account permanently for ludicrous reasons, now would you?

Happy with my order

I received my order after 20 days (UK buyer). I was a bit worried after reading the negative reviews but my order turned up just fine, cards were near mint as described, packed nicely and shipping was not too expensive. I would purchase from troll and toad again in the future although the website is a bit laggy.

Sent me a counterfeit card and messed up another order

I've placed multiple expensive orders with them, and two times in a row I've been burnt. The first time they sent me three of the wrong card, and luckily they reimbursed me for the error because it was only a few dollars on a large order. Not to mention, all of the cards were stacked together without even penny sleeves despite being high dollar cards.
This most recent time they sent me A FAKE CARD WORTH OVER $100 and claimed that they were confident that their 'specialists' had authenticated the card prior and thus would not offer a refund. I have valid proof the card is illegitimate and they would not hear me out. They will accept a return and potentially dupe another unsuspecting customer with the same card, which I don't want to do out of principle but I also don't want to lose $100.
Entirely irresponsible and shady behaviour and no loyalty to their customers. I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

Made my first order every with…

Made my first order every with toadandtroll which I got today. They sent me unlimited pokemon cards instead of the 1st Edition ones I ordered and paid for. They were also supposed to be in near mint condition and the cards I got are light play AT BEST.
Honestly I recommend you do not order from this website and find your cards somewhere else which is a shame because their selection of cards is great.. but now I know why its great. Most of these cards they probably don't even have.

Don't Even Sell Them an Energy Card

If you're going to be selling to them and utilizing their buylist, DON'T. I sent about 100 cards over two orders and they claimed not even 1 of them was in good enough shape to purchase. The cards were in great shape, the reason I say that is I sent an order of cards to another store and they accepted them without a hitch. If you're selling Pokemon cards, use CoreTCG or CoolStuffInc instead. Not to mention it took nearly a month to hear anything about the order.

why this site has so many bad reveiws

im not a bot but it is only the single cards that are damaged the boster boxes, decks and packs are perfectly fine no issue

I have 5 charges for the same cards I…

I have 5 charges for the same cards I bought on trollandtoad at $26x5 they cancelled the order each time but guess what I'm still pending for 3days over $125 for cards not being shipped to me.. 1st and last time I use them. Called trollandtoad got told that I didn't put my name in billing address looked at my order, my name in shipping and billing. Then she told me to give her my card over the phone so she can process my order. Like I would do that, they are sketchest tcg company I've ever met
